郑荣北，字世英，号登高斋主，古穰闲人。汉族出生于1957年，中国共产党员，河南大学美术系函授毕业。现为中国书法家协会会员、中国国际书美协副主席、中国青年书协理事、中国毛体书协会员、中国情报书法家协会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺组书画家从业委员会会员、中国炎黄画院士、中国书画家交流协会副主席等。
