王盛，1946年生于西安，祖籍山西运城虞乡孙常村。研究生学历，担任军事博物馆办公室主任，陈列宣教部部长兼研究员。中国博物馆学会、军事学会、榎连学会会员、红叶诗社北京诗词学会会员、莲花诗社社长。从20世纪90年代开始，作为办公室主任和常务负责人的承包组织完成了4个全国全军社科课题，并得到了专家的鉴定和获奖。多年临池不辍，本作楹联参展获奖收藏。退休后专注于诗作书法研究，成果丰硕，多次被授予德艺双馨艺术家，并被聘为中国书画艺术研究促进会常务理事。
